Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Iron Bridge, making it superb for visiting local attractions and enjoying a lovely atmosphere. The rooms, despite being tastefully furnished, had a slight smell issue in room 5, which is designed as a family room. The morning dining experience offered a yummy selection, while the classic Italian dishes were a highlight. However, the standard English breakfast was a bit lacking. Overall, the friendly and attentive service, along with the exceptional location, made the stay enjoyable.
The hotel rooms were immaculate and tastefully furnished with a beautiful view, but they were on the smaller side and not serviced during our stay. The service was incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite, making our experience enjoyable. The location was excellent, near the bridge and surrounded by charming shops and eateries. The dining options were delicious, although we wished for a cooked breakfast. Overall, a lovely stay with minor room size and servicing issues.
The hotel is perfectly situated near the iconic Iron Bridge, offering well-kept rooms that blend seamlessly with the landmark. The service is friendly and efficient, although some hiccups like cold brownies were noted. The location is ideal for exploring the picturesque surroundings, but the pricing may lean towards the higher end. The dining experience is abundant, with a minor setback in some reheated dishes.
